I will admit that I did not buy this particular model. However, due to the headache caused my pro ebiz mp3 player I will never buy another one from that brand. I have had a constant problem with it not recognizing files, files become lost, and there are files that are still coming up on the players list that where deleted long ago. It was not worth the money.
I received this mp4 player as a gift for Christmas. Lastly, about 5 months after I had it it stopped responding to my touch at all and no longer plays music or works at all. I immediately ran into problems with the touch screen - I could never get it to respond very well to me at all. Also, although it does hold pictures well, the software they include to format video files does not work and I could never get this device to hold any video files. Amazon also has terrible customer service for this product, and I'm wondering if I will ever get a refund. Save yourself major headaches and don't buy this.
I have had my Mp3 for about 2 weeks and I liked it at first but then after the first 2 days I started having problems. The screen is very very slow and small and doesnt respond most of the time. And you cant listen to the radio without the headphones in. I would not recommend anyone to get this Mp3 because you are just wasting your money.
It is a very nice size as well. I was sold. I knew that Ipod clones existed from going to flea markets that sell them and arcades that have them as prizes. I love the radio feature.
I researched on youtube and found a few video reviews of the player. I had been aching and longing for an Ipod touch since they first launched, but found them to be a bit cost prohibitive. I would say a little bigger than a deck of cards and nearly as thick. I ended up emailing customer service a few times to ask about technical issues regarding formatting software, and they answered each time within a couple hours. I get it via UPS on Wednesday and the package looks just like the Ipod packaging.very good quality.
I find the screen to be bright with crisp graphics, and a very responsive touch screen 97 percent of the time. Clear and crisp video and the headphones have a volume control and work very nicely.My husband wants us to save now for the 16GB version with webcam and camera. However, I wasn't sure a touch screen clone existed til I browsed around Amazon and came up with this nifty gadget.As with anything that tries to be something else for a very small fraction of the cost, you tend to get skeptical. And also the fact you can record from radio. The player itself, is a very sturdy and well made device.
I did not have any of the loose screens or shutting off eratically that others have reported. The video is fun once you get the hang of how to convert the files. We are so amazed and love this player to pieces.
the seller answer your mail in less than 24Hrs. Besides it is not an expencive player it works fine. Once you get to know it you will have no problem. if you have patien to know the player functions jus give it a try. from Venezuela.It works fine for me.
